BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I. LIVE STATION SERVICE AND DELIVERY
1. Setting up of the live station will be 30-45 minutes before the agreed service hours.
2. Live Station service will end once the agreed service hours or the numbers of cups / bowls catered are served, whichever comes first.
3. Strictly NO refunds for any unconsumed or leftovers cups / bowls from the live station service.
4. Strictly NO on-site top up of cups / bowls.
5. All event venues must be lift accessible and wheel friendly from the loading bay / unloading area. Advance notice will be required should there be no lift or ramps, otherwise we reserve the right to reject the set-up location.
6. An additional charge will be imposed if the live station venue does not have a ramp or lift to access with trolleys - $80 (200 cups/bowls and below) or $120 (above 200 cups/bowls).
7. No adhesive glue or tapes are allowed on any of our equipment.
II. CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT AND DEPOSIT POLICY
1. An administrative fee of 50% of the total value of the event will be imposed for any cancellation made more than 3 days prior to the date of the event. For any cancellation after that, an administrative fee of 90% of the total value of the event will be charged.
2. Cancellation of live station service must be notified and reached to Chaz Events Pte Ltd in writing via email. No cancellation through phone is allowed unless stated otherwise.
3. An admin charge of $250 will be charged for any changes in orders (e.g. number of cups ordered, date / time change etc.)
4. Any changes in order (e.g. date / time, number of cups ordered) has to be in writing via email, and will be subject to availability / feasibility. 50% of event fee will not be refunded even if we are not able to accommodate to your proposed changes.
